I asked that you cancel my order as the incorrect shipping current address was inserted automatically by EBAY. You refused and said it was too late….THREE DAYS LATER! There was no provision to just request a change of shipping address, so I “followed the rules” and my items are now being held in Key West Fl and I bought them for stocking stuffers to be used in Franklin NC.
Had you cancelled my order, I could have placed it a second time with the correct shipping address. Instead, I’ll not use your site again and will encourage all friends to do the same. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
