This is the shade side of the Chisel line: 2 oz jars of Chisel Dip Polish in solid colors, ombre shades and American White. If you are building out a shade wall rather than buying into a system, start here.
Reading the Chisel codes
Chisel labels its ranges by prefix, which makes reordering quick once you know them. Ombre shades carry an OM code with a letter suffix, such as OM07B, OM08B and OM15B, and are made for graduated two-tone sets rather than a flat block of color. The American White range uses SPDP codes like SPDP2 and covers the white end used for tips and smile lines. Solid shades fill in everything between. The jars listed here are 2 oz, so your cost per set is the same whichever family a client picks, and an empty is simple to reorder by code.
Stocking a shade wall without over-buying
A workable starting point is a small block of solid shades, one or two American White jars for French work, and a handful of OM codes for graduated sets. Go deeper only in the families that actually empty out, rather than buying one jar of everything. Design references for the white-tip work these shades support are in our French manicure ideas post.
Where this fits
The rest of the Chisel line, including the kits and liquids a dip service runs on, sits on the main Chisel page. To weigh these jars against other brands, browse our dip powder page, and check matching trios if you want one shade repeated across more than one service. Orders ship in 1-2 business days, with free shipping on orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous states.
