RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. 20% restocking fees will be applied to all returns. Backorders can be canceled at anytime for a full refund.

For any broken shipments, a proof of broken shipments are needed before processing a claim.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

Due to some manufacturer's return policy, we do not accept returns for these following items: pedicure spas, furniture, nail brushes, implements, equipment, filing machines, UV or LED lamps, sterilizers, towel warmers, paraffin machines, LED signs, powder, liquid and polishes. We have the rights to limit or refuse a refund.

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

If we refunded you to a pre-paid card and you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. It can be used toward future purchases on the account it's stored in.

How to Return Items:
•    Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

•    Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.

o    Any Carrier: We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.
o    UPS drop-off (only available for orders over $200): We provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return package and take it to an authorized UPS shipping location. (We'll show you a list of drop-off locations in your area.) This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us.
