About NOTPOLISH

The NOTPOLISH dip system, step by step

This page holds the NOTPOLISH dip line: 2 in 1 powders in 2 oz jars, the step liquids that run them - Step 2 Essential Dip Base and Step 3 Essential Dip Activator in 0.5 oz - plus top coat and dip accessories. Keeping powder and liquids inside one numbered system helps with training, since the step numbers on the labels show a newer technician what order the products go in without a cheat sheet taped to the station.

Powders and liquids run down at different rates

A 2 oz jar of an accent shade and a 0.5 oz bottle of base or activator are different sizes doing different jobs, so one reorder point applied across the whole line is unlikely to fit both. Count the liquids on their own schedule. Neutral powders such as OG01 Clear and OG101 Milky White are also worth tracking separately from the color wall if your services lean on them.

Handling, prep and finishing

For the base, activator and top coat, follow the manufacturer's SDS and your state board's rules on storage, ventilation and handling - those documents are the authority here, not us. On the bench side, dip work runs through abrasives: our nail file grit guide explains what the grit numbers mean, and files and buffers is where we stock them. To compare systems before you commit a station to one, see dip powder and DND dip. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous states, and orders ship in 1-2 business days.
