The client leaves with gel on her hands and the identical color on her toes, and the lacquer bottle can go home as a retail add-on. The gel side is a standard three-step soak-off system: base coat, two thin coats of color, top coat, curing each layer under a lamp. Follow the product manufacturer's instructions for compatible lamps, curing and removal. The matching lacquer needs no lamp at all, which is what makes duos efficient on the pedicure side.
