What the trio format solves
Two things, mostly. First, purchasing: 215 trios means a shade decision is one line on the sheet, not three lookups across three collections. Second, consistency at the station: a client who picks a shade for one service and comes back for another is looking at the same OPI shade name, which is easier to promise when the formulas were bought as a set.
