JKIO implements and brushes
JKIO covers nippers, brushes and hand implements — the tools a tech handles on every client rather than the products applied to the nail. Bought per station rather than in bulk, because implements are personal to the tech using them.
For nippers, jaw size and blade length determine what the tool suits: smaller for detail around the cuticle, larger for heavier work. For brushes, the split is between acrylic application and art, and the two are not interchangeable.
Related ranges sit in clippers and nippers, acrylic brushes and tools and accessories.
Implements that contact skin are subject to your state board's disinfection requirements between clients — follow the manufacturer's cleaning directions and your board's rules, and keep sanitation products on the same order.
Buy implements in pairs or better where sanitation rules require turnaround between clients. One set in use and one being cleaned is the minimum workable rotation for anything that contacts skin, and it is cheaper than the alternative of rushing a disinfection cycle.
For files and buffers, which are handled differently because many are single-use or client-assigned, see files and buffers. Storage pouches sit in sanitation pouches.
