Elite dip, shade by shade
Elite dip is a powder-and-liquid system rather than a lamp system. Color builds in layers and is set with an activator, which is why the powders here sit beside Elite's own dip accessories — the EDAD010 Activating Dryer in 0.6 fl. oz. is part of the same range — and not beside a curing light.
Two jar sizes run through the line, and they get bought for different reasons. ED220 Brown Cinnamon is a 1.4 oz color jar: that is the range size, the one a client picks off a display and the one you rotate as seasons change. EDAW220 American Soft White is a 7.8 oz jar: that is the depth size, worth buying for whichever shades your own service mix goes through fastest. A bulk jar of a shade nobody asks for is money sitting on a shelf, so keep the 7.8 oz list short and the 1.4 oz list wide, and check your own reorder history before you scale a shade up.
Fitting dip into a mixed service menu
If your salon offers dip and gel both, stock and schedule them as two separate systems rather than assuming one set of consumables covers both. Our gel and lacquer pages cover color on the gel side, and DND dip is the line to put next to Elite when you are comparing shade ranges.
Shaping and removal run on the same consumables either way: files and buffers for hand work, drill bits for the machine. Free shipping on orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous states.
