Reading the grit number
The number stamped on a file is its grit: lower is coarser, higher is finer, and a 100/100 like the zebra mini carries the same grit on both sides. Buffers are graded on that same scale. If you are deciding what belongs at each step, the nail file grit guide lays the grits out in order.
Hand work and pedicure work
Pumice bars, disposable pumice minis and foot file blades belong to the pedicure side of the salon, and the rest of that setup lives in pedicure supplies. The 50-packs and 400-count boxes are volume pack sizes rather than single pieces; check your state board on which implements may be reused.
